In 2023 I joined the BBR Somerset House incubator program. Ironically, when I first applied in 2021, I was rejected. But thanks to a friend’s encouragement, I reapplied and was accepted. This led to meeting amazing people and seizing incredible opportunities. The most significant opportunity was curating my first-ever exhibition. Can you imagine? Not only did Stories We Cherish exhibit, but I also co-curated the entire three-day event with Ensure. 

The exhibition unfolded across three days, featuring a vibrant showcase on the first day, an unforgettable late event on the second, and a two-day open house exhibition. We were joined by fantastic guests and showcased numerous businesses, each bringing something unique to the table.

One of the most rewarding parts of the experience was building wire sculptures from scratch with the help of a friend. We worked tirelessly to transform them into head sculptures. The process was challenging but incredibly fulfilling, and seeing the final pieces on display was a proud moment.
